The goal of my treatment approach is to relieve your symptoms, improve your life, and optimize your mental and emotional health with a combination of personalized medication (where applicable), psychotherapy, and holistic medicine.
Includes:
✓ Comprehensive pre-session questionnaire to assess psychiatric history, medical history, lifestyle habits, and goals for treatment
✓ 90 minute initial consultation
✓ Review of past medical records and lab work, if applicable
✓ Treatment includes multiple components such as medication management, psychotherapy, and implementation of holistic approaches, including movement, mindfulness, and nutrition.
✓ Follow-up appointments scheduled as needed (25 or 55 minutes)
✓ Ordering and interpretation of follow up labs as indicated (labs billed separately)
✓ Genomic testing to optimize medications if indicated (billed separately)

I do not accept insurance or work with insurance companies directly. Still, I can provide an itemized receipt or superbill that may help you obtain partial reimbursement from your insurance company.
I do not offer a sliding scale or discounted rates. My fees, as outlined, are the same for all patients.
